Do I need to be fit for the heartcorepilates workout?

No, not at all. Everyone can benefit from these exercises. Classes are small and all levels of fitness are welcome. Our team’s focus is on each person and his or her individual progress in order to achieve maximum benefits.


How often do I need to come?
Depending on fitness levels, we suggest two sessions a week to start.  As strength and flexibility increase more classes can be added.

I’m already fit.  What can heartcorepilates add to my existing fitness routine?
Numerous professional athletes across a wide range of sports have added flexibility and core strengthening to their existing fitness routines using Proformer™ based Pilates in order to reduce risk of injury, enhance body conditioning and improve performance.  In addition, many of our clients find the variety and intensity of our classes to be the perfect complement to existing gym or cardio training.


What should I wear and what do I need to bring with me?
Be warned: this workout is tough and you will get hot, so comfort is essential. We recommend stretch pants or shorts and a t-shirt or sports top. Most clients prefer bare feet. However, if you prefer to wear socks, please bring a pair. Outside of that, you’re in good hands: we have lovely changing and showering facilities and provide complimentary towels and drinking water.
