heartcorepilates will always do its best to accommodate you in the classes of your choice!

All classes must be prepaid and all clients must agree to our 8hr notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling.
For regularly priced sessions or packages the session in question will be deducted from your account.

The classes are small and book fast.

Clients are confirmed in the order in which it was received.
There will be no exceptions to that rule. If your favorite time is not available, sign up for the wait list and book another class just in case.

You are responsible for your own booking.

All bookings must be done through our automated system.
The front desk will be glad to set you up and assist you if you need to. Although, we strongly recommend an email address when using our automated booking, it is not mandatory. You can check your booking status in "my booking."
