How does it work?
All classes are machine-based and target full body conditioning through specific sequences of movements performed both on and off the studio's Proformers™. These specific sequences are designed to progressively work muscle groups to failure, driving maximum sculpting of the physique through increased caloric burn as well as the lengthening and strengthening of muscle fibers.

In addition to improved body composition (the muscle to fat ratio), many of our regular clients also value the improved postural alignment that can result from the strengthening of core muscle groups.

What is a Proformer™?
The Proformer™ is a highly customized apparatus that resembles a traditional Pilates Reformer, but has been modified to better suit this unique method. Imported directly from their creators in Hollywood, our Proformers™ are the only models of their kind available in the UK.

spincore is a 55 minute workout consisting of an intensive cardio spin class on our new schwinn-evolution bikes followed by a core-focused session of lengthening and strengthening on the Proformers ™

spin - 30 minutes cardio spin     core - 25 minutes of stretch and ab work on the Proformer ™

what is spinning and what can it do for me?
spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specifically designed stationary bicycle. guided by an instructor, you can enjoy a spin class, regardless of your fitness level, simply by adjusting your pace or the tension knob on the bike. burning up to 450 calories in 45 minutes.fantastic for fat burn and toning - the benefits are endless!

what do i need for bring to a spincore class?
aerobic or cycling shoes are a must! headphones are provided but please feel free to bring your own. towels and shower facilities available

if 30 minutes of spin isn't enough for you and you really want to push your cardio workout to the max you may wish to try our 50 minute purespin classes - 50 minutes spin followed by stretching off the bike.
